Went in to look for some living room furniture and we were quickly greeted by Alex! She was extremely sweet and helping answer all of our questions we had! She did not rush us or make us feel that we were an inconvenience. We eventually walked out purchasing two wonderful recliner chairs for our living room. I would definitely recommend Ashley furniture if you’re looking for good furniture and great customer service

Alex was phenomenal! Very understanding and knows her inventory! I asked for a very specific item and she knew EXACTLY what chair I was looking for and found it on the floor very quickly. She made us feel very welcome and not pressured.

We finally did it - we bought a sectional from Furniture Row! Total last-minute decision because... let's be real... our family at Christmas multiplies like gremlins after midnight. 🎄🎄🎄 They had a great sale going on and SO many options, so of course we ended up sitting (and arguing lovingly) on couches for 3 hours with the kids to make sure we didn't regret it later. The saleslady was amazing - super patient, answered everything, and got us all hooked up. Our new couch will be here by Christmas, and THANK GOD because now everyone will actually have a place to sit while opening presents instead of playing musical chairs.🧡🙌

The prices were incredible. We found the perfect sectional and platform bed. Our salesperson was so calming and helpful. I had never checked out furniture row before because it was a "big box store" and I assumed it would be like a car dealership with pushy sales people but it wasn't. I love the huge open space and lots of lighting. The place just felt open and inviting instead of dark, closed, and pressured. I would recommend to anyone.
